RETURN & REFUND

Thank you for choosing the AIZO RING smart ring online store. We are committed to ensuring that customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return and refund policy.

Return Process

Products can only be returned after obtaining permission via email. Products returned without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund. Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a shipping label. Please ensure that the smart ring is in its original packaging and includes all accessories and manuals.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days.

Order Cancellation

- Before Shipment: Free of charge. Please contact our customer service team at support@aizoring.com.
- After Shipment: To request an order cancellation after shipment, a 10% processing fee will be applied. Customers are also responsible for the $20 return shipping fee. We will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package. Alternatively, customers may arrange their own return shipping.

*Note: If customers arrange their own return shipping, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or other incidents during shipping.

Order Modification

- Before Shipment: Free of charge. Please contact support@aizoring.com to proceed.
- Shipped but Not Received: Please contact support@aizoring.com to proceed, but please note that we cannot guarantee successful order modifications.
- Delivered: Please refer to the return policy to initiate a return and exchange if you wish to exchange the smart ring after delivery. Customers are responsible for the $20 return shipping fee per smart ring. Up to a 10% restocking fee may be charged (deducted from the refund). Please contact support@aizoring.com to proceed.

Returns

- For Product Defects: We will do our best to provide service and technical support to resolve simple issues. We will also provide necessary replacement parts and cover the entire repair cost associated with damages.
- For Shipping Damages: We will do our best to provide service and necessary parts, and cover service costs.
- Free Replacement and Return: Customers can reject a package due to shipping damage (affecting use) or contact customer service for missing or critically damaged parts or other quality-related issues. Our customer service team will assist in arranging free replacement and return.

*To initiate a return or exchange process, the following conditions must be met:

All returns and refunds must be completed within 14 days of receiving the smart ring. The smart ring must be unused, with no wear, dirt, scratches, or signs of use, and must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories included. Customers are responsible for non-quality related expenses such as processing fees and shipping costs.

*Please note that minor damage to outer packaging, minor scratches, or wear on the product, and damage to parts after excessive use do not qualify for free replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Items

- Products from unauthorized dealers.
- Man-made damages.
- Special orders.
- Promotional items or gift cards.
- Giveaways or freebies.
- All accessories other than smart rings.

*To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with the original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once our warehouse receives the returned product and confirms that it meets our return conditions, we will deduct any applicable fees and issue the refund to the original payment method. If the refund does not appear on your account within two days of being issued, please contact your credit card company and/or bank.
